R.C. Barua : Rabindra Chandra Barua, Managing Director of TrustFort’s operations in India, has had a long career in areas such as infrastructure, IT, construction and petrochemicals and brings a wealth of experience to the company’s management team. With a deep foundation in strategic planning, he provides guidance and leadership to the operations team in India. His knowledge of company laws and legal structures in India have been invaluable for our operations in India. Rabindra graduated with a degree in physics and spent many years serving in high - level financial, technological, operational and human relations positions for major railway and engineering companies throughout the world.He was responsible deploying the first computers in the Indian Railways(one of the largest employers in the world) back in early 1970’s.Prior to taking over the reins as the Managing Director of TrustFort in India, Rabindra was responsible for taking a Bhageerath Engineering, an infrastructure construction company, through an IPO and restructuring their capital structure with a more efficient combination of equity and debt issues.Rabindra’s personal time is occupied by his love for sports.He is especially fond of soccer and volleyball, and has held key positions in team management for national level league tournaments
